UK Energy Assessments was established last year (2008) in order to meet the growing demand for Domestic Energy Assessments.
Training and Accreditation
Our assessor trained at the Energy Assessor College in Reading, Berkshire and achieved the necessary qualification to carry out Domestic Energy Assessments on existing housing for both marketed sales and rentals – (ABBE DipDEA Level 3)

All domestic Energy Performance Certificates (for existing buildings) registered through these schemes are covered by Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance - giving you peace of mind.
In the unlikely event of a problem, no need to worry. NHER keep all its members EPCs, photographs and site notes on our servers for 15 years, giving quick and easy access to any report.
Every accredited Domestic Energy Assessor carries an identity card which clearly shows their name, photograph and registration number for easy checking.
